As I get many questions in connection with the current Corona Virus situation, I spontaneously felt drawn to compile a few simple things to help people remember that we have many resources to strengthen our resilience. If you feel worried, overwhelmed or stressed, take some deep breaths and you might find this little compilation useful. It is by no means complete. There is a lot of knowledge and information "out there" and within yourself. However, we live in a time of "information overload" and "fake news", so these "tried and tested" tips are intended to give you some hands-on tools to start with, easy to integrate and efficient.
